Course Content
Session 1: Foundations
This session comprises four recordings that total about an hour. Please listen to them one at a time, allowing a day or two integration time before moving to the next. Each segment ends with a “seed question” or “seed sentence,” like a mantra, that will get gears turning in your heart and mind. Feel free to discuss what they bring up on our course forum.
