Self-Guided Journey Overview

This page is your central depot for navigating Dietary Transformation from the Inside Out. Please familiarize yourself with the information here. The course is a self-guided program, and is designed so that you can move at your own pace through the five main sessions and whichever of the “related topics” are most relevant to you.

Navigation Details

Whether you have been with us for awhile or are just joining, you will have ongoing access to all material. The program is designed so that you can move at your own pace. If you’ve just arrived, here’s how to get started:

  • Access all session recordings by clicking on the tabs to the left. The program sessions are presented in sequence. We strongly suggest doing them in order. The first is an introduction; the rest reach much deeper.
  • “Assignments” (included on each session page) offer practices to do over a period of several days to a week, to apply and embody the ideas of the session.
  • Course Guidelines, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are located in “Guidelines & Principles” at the bottom of the page.

Optional NAAS Subscription

This course has run as a DIY course, and you are welcome to do it that way. However, for many people it is more powerful to work the material with a group. My business partner and former wife Patsy and I host a network community called A New and Ancient Story (short for NAAS). It is an online network dedicated to reverence in communication. If you would like to participate in it in conjunction with this course, go to the community landing page and read the introduction and posting guidelines. If you feel resonant, you can join through additional subscription. Once you are a member, you will find archives of discussions on course forums on the left menu as well as participating in many features NAAS offers
