State of the World Address -- Live Call this Saturday

At risk of this title sounding a bit grandiose, starting on Saturday I will be offering a monthly “State of the World Address” on Zoom. It will draw together:

  • Current events reported in the news

  • Current events reported in independent, alternative, and fringe publications

  • Information from astrologers, channels, and psychics

  • Developments in science and technology, not limited to mainstream

  • Information I receive through chance encounters with interesting people

  • A survey of my inner landscape as a microcosm of the global situation

  • Information I receive from non-human beings of nature

  • Information from wise and tapped-in people in my circles

The first live call will be this Saturday, Feb. 17, at 12pm noon EST. Besides me talking, we will also call on two or three participants on the call, who will be proxies for the questions that many of us are carrying. It will end with a meditation or prayer directed at meeting the state of the world as it intersects our own lives.

My intention is to weave together as many threads of information as possible, to help people make sense and meaning of a world that is probably going to become increasingly unstable over the next several years. You will hear things that are not otherwise easily available. You see, the conventional idea of what is “news” leaves out some of the most important things happening on the planet, because they are invisible to the modern eye that judges what is globally consequential and what is not.

The first call, I’m making available to all my Substack subscribers. Henceforward, we (Patsy and I) will host an online community around the monthly address, with discussion forum, interest groups, and so forth. The live call will be open to community members. The recordings, we’ll be putting out across various channels.

Since the meeting is limited to 1000 people, we will also livestream it on youtube. If Zoom has filled up by the time you get on, go to https://youtube.com/live/j6rrrb-_JAg?feature=share

I hope to see some of you there.
